1. 14-Day Return Guarantee
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, customized products, personal care items, and final clearance items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
